Every community holds a wealth of knowledge. We hope to create welcoming ways for people in Squamish to share practical skills, creative practices, lived experience, local knowledge, and thoughtful ideas with one another.
This project is still in the planning stage. We are not organizing sessions yet, but we would love to learn what people might want to share, learn, or help create. Your interest will help us understand what is possible and shape how the project develops.
How It Could Work

Community members tell us what they might enjoy teaching, demonstrating, discussing, or learning.
Explore the Possibilities
A skill could become a small workshop, demonstration, conversation, one-to-one exchange, neighbourhood gathering, or another format shaped by those involved.
Bring People Together
As interest and resources grow, The Book & Lantern can begin connecting people and exploring opportunities to learn from one another.
